Every quit app resets you to zero after one cigarette. That's why you deleted the last one. This one doesn't.

Privacy

Forward collects no data. None.

• No account, no sign-up, no login.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporters.
• Your answers, your plan, your day count and everything you log stay on your iPhone. They are never uploaded anywhere.
• The only network connection the app ever makes is to Apple's App Store (StoreKit) to process the one-time purchase.
• Delete the app — or use "Delete all data" in Settings — and the data is gone.

This policy applies to the Forward iOS app, effective 29 July 2026. If it ever changes, the change will be visible on this page before an update ships.
